Center for Human Nutrition
The Washington University Center for Human Nutrition was established in 1995. The center is hosts weekly seminars and is made up of the following entities:
- Atkins Center of Excellence in Obesity Medicine
- Barnes-Jewish Hospital Nutrition Support Service
- Nutrition Obesity Research Center (NORC)
- Washington University Weight Management Program

Longevity research
We study factors that assist in predicting mortality and morbidity of selected populations and research methods to promote improvements in longevity and health by analyzing the effects of changes in medicine and advances in public health practices.
