The Medical Campus is home to a dynamic community of faculty, students, staff, patients and families, dedicated to learning, patient care, and research.

Barnes-Jewish Hospital and St. Louis Children’s Hospital are nationally ranked, world-class teaching hospitals with a strong network of in- and outpatient health care services. The Medical Center serves an ethnically, culturally, and economically diverse population of older adults.  It has several innovative programs making it an excellent location for clinical geriatric training.

There are nearly 100 training programs at WUSM accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), the organization that accredits sponsoring institutions and training programs across the United States. All of these programs ensure a quality educational experience for clinical fellows. For more information, see Managing Residency and Training Programs.
