Application Process

Application Requirements
Your ERAS application should include the following:
- A completed ERAS Application
- A current Curriculum Vitae
- A one-page personal statement
- Three letters of recommendation (including one from your past or current program director)
- Photo (optional)
Prior to appointment in the program, fellows should have completed a three-year ACGME-accredited internal medicine or family medicine residency; or RCPSC accredited internal medicine residency or CFPC-accredited family medicine residency located in Canada.
Interviews will be arranged by invitation after review of completed applications. Interviews will be conducted virtually on Monday mornings. We aim to complete all interviews by the first week of October, 2022.
